4. Submit a Query π£: Hit "Feedback" and choose "Delivery Issue." Let us know, and we'll dive into it!

What can I do if my sample is broken or empty?

4. Submit a Ticket π£: Hit "Feedback," choose "Delivery Issue," and tell us what's up.

Can I change my delivery address?
Oops! Once you've claimed an offer, changing the delivery address isn't possible. Sorry for any inconvenience! π But, good news, you can still update it for future samples. Here's how:
1. Claiming a New Offer:

2. Visit the Offer Claim Page:
β¦ Go to the offer claim page for the sample you want.
3. Edit Your Address:
β¦ Hit "Edit" next to your address.
4. Enter the New Address:
β¦ Pop in the new address for future deliveries.

What if my address is incomplete or incorrect?
Unfortunately, if your address is incomplete or incorrect, you will not receive your claimed samples. That's why we recommend checking your address twice before submitting your mailing address. π¬π«
